Julia Mancuso: Kiss My Tiara Panties

U.S. Skier Julia Macuso not only Silvered at Vancouver, she White Laced Pantied (Hey, if Silvered can be a proper term..) Ms. Mancuso has her own line of panties coming out called Kiss My Tiara, after a tiara she wore at the 2002 competition. She brought along 500 pairs to give to other athletes at games to give her brand a kick in the ass. Not that it looks like she'll need it.

Other Olympic Panties

In a recent post, we told you there were Olympians concerned with things other than taking home a medal in Vancouver. Such as selling their panties (and, no, not their specific undies on-line..) Allison Baver would be one of them.

These pictures are from a shoot for Muscle & Fitness Magazine selling herself in lingerie. And, according to one article, she's using certain types as good luck charms:

U.S. short-track speed skater Allison Baver wears “cute white panties” when she races. The have to be white — with or without lace — and just a little bit sexy.'

Then there's U.S. snowboarder Hannah Teter, literally selling panties (but not until after March 5th - damn those amateur athlete rules).

She's supporting the Haitian relief efforts of Doctors Without Borders by pitching for Sweet Cheeks Panties

Her goal is to move $100,000 of those. That should put a message across..

A reminder- The new season of Dancing with the Stars begins tonight on ABC (in the U.S.) with a new co-host joining Tom Bergeron: DTWS 7th season winner Brooke Burke. As we've pointed out before, Ms. Burke has had more than a little experience appearing in lingerie, though she'll probably be a bit more demurely attired than when she was a contestant.. or modeling as in the vintage pre-Wild-On days example above. Still works as a Blue Monday for us.
